The 525G2 has a beautiful Color Display and is an excellent choice for businesses and individuals that want an enhanced user experience with their Vocalocity Hosted PBX.

The SPA525G2 uses industry-leading VoIP technology from Cisco combined with high quality hardware for an exceptional business desk phone. It includes Bluetooth headset compatibility, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and even the ability to connect via Wireless-G client (802.11g).

The Cisco SPA 525G2 includes dual switched Ethernet ports with five line appearances. Each line is configurable to a unique number or extension on your Vocalocity account. The 3.2-inch QVGA color display is bright and clear for easy menu navigation. The 525G has a full-duplex, high-quality speakerphone, a 2.5-mm stereo headset port, and a USB 2.0 host port.

With some technical know-how, the SPA525G2 IP Phone even has the ability to act as a video surveillance monitor. This functionality requires Cisco PVC2300 video surveillance cameras, which are not included with the phone.

The SPA525G2 provides a rich user experience, with HD voice, remote provisioning, and an easy to use and intuitive phone menu. Vocalocity can remotely manage the phone/user configuration and provide device software upgrades for each SPA525G2 via highly secure remote provisioning. The Cisco SPA525G2 provides encrypted signaling, media, and provisioning information, using state-of-the-art technologies such as Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over Transport Layer Security (TLS), Secure RTP, and HTTPS/SSL to secure communications between the user and Vocalocity.

The Cisco 525G2 is the only phone supported by Vocalocity that is Wifi capable. Although when it comes to Business VoIP service we strongly recommend a corded Ethernet connection, there are times when Wifi is the only available method of delivering high speed internet connectivity. For those times the 525G2 can be a particularly handy choice, as it’s the only phone that Vocalocity recommends that is Wifi capable.
