Scott Scales is the owner of Scott Scales Allstate Insurance Agency. He runs his insurance business on a day to day basis working with clients working on the phones selling every day. His agency sells all lines of insurance for individuals and businesses. He has been in the insurance business since 1984 and now has 3 other employees. His agency is located in Frankfort Indiana.
Business Phone System Challenge:
Scott’s insurance company was originally using “a regular old fashion high priced system with AT&T.” He was paying high rates for per minute usage with landlines and was limited to basic features. He needed a way to be able to track his sales agents and their phone activity. With an old fashioned system this was next to impossible.
