For those busy professionals who find themselves working between the road and their office, Vocalocity offers the ability to transfer a call answered on a cell phone back to the Vocalocity phone system.

Calls forwarded to a cell phone from a Vocalocity extension using one of the “Never Miss a Call” features such as Call Forwarding, Simultaneous Ring, or Follow Me can be transferred back to the Vocalocity system with the touch of a button.

It only takes a few seconds, and helps you stay connected without interruption to the customer.
