Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding is a powerful feature that has a number of different settings that each user can customize to fit their preferences and work habits. Calls can be set to forward to a number for a period of time, then to another number, and then finally to voicemail. Call Transfer and Call Park

Call Transfer allows your employees to easily transfer a call to another extension on your account. The transfers can either be done “blind” or “attended”. A “blind” transfer means that the transfer will begin immediately once the other user picks up the phone. An “attended” transfer means that first the original call recipient speaks to transferee to let them know a call is being transferred to them, then the transfer is completed.
