Customizable Plugin from SMB VoIP Provider Enables Faster Research and Client Connections

Atlanta, GA – February 20, 2012 – Vocalocity, the fastest-growing provider of VoIP for small business, today announced that it has partnered with eAgent, an online insurance agency and document management system, to provide enhanced VoIP services to insurance agents. Vocalocity’s eAgent integration streamlines insurance agencies’ interaction with their customer databases.

With each incoming or outgoing call, Vocalocity’s eAgent plugin will prompt a user’s default browser to open a unique URL as defined by the end user. In addition to launching a dedicated eAgent page within the browser, Vocalocity customers can also customize their plugin to launch Facebook, Salesforce, Google +, Twitter, and many other types of valuable professional websites to better conduct research and stay connected with clients and prospects.
