Phone System Challenges:
In the early days of AuditMyBooks, employees were relying on individual cell phones as their phone solution. It was clear that this was not a sustainable business communications solution and they would need to upgrade to a company-wide system. They knew that they wanted to have all the capabilities of a full-fledged PBX (Private Branch Exchange). However, scalability was important and they wanted to be able to start small and grow into the system as their own business grew.
