Vocalocity Customer: Aspire 4 Life
Nilda Perez is the CEO of coaching and consulting company Aspire 4 Life Inc. They serve a national client base offering counseling and coaching services via teleconferencing. They’ve been in business for the past two years and have four employees.
Phone System Challenges:
Aspire 4 Life was originally using Vonage for their business communications needs. They soon found that the residential provider didn’t offer the features or functionality that they needed to run their business. Vonage is a VoIP service, and while it’s quite inexpensive as a communication solution, it didn’t offer Aspire 4 Life the flexibility of a Hosted PBX business VoIP system. They’re primary goal was to keep costs low, but to be able to maintain and present a professional appearance to their clients.
