Vocalocity Customer: Mod Help Document Preparation
ModHelp Document preparation serves home owners looking for assistance with a loan modification. They are staffed by seasoned lending and financial professionals who assess customers’ prospects at attaining assistance during a financial hardship, and prepare their documents to ensure the best chance of obtaining assistance. They provide financial analysis and make recommendations to fit each customer, so that each customer gets the best advice for their situation.
Rob Breckenridge oversees all operations at ModHelp, including sales, marketing and processing. They have been in business for 2 Years and 6 Months and have grown to 10 Employees. Rob was in charge of finding ModHelp’s phone solution.
Phone System Challenges:
Initially, ModHelp Document Preparation was using Toktumi as their small office phone solution. While it served their needs when they were small, all calls were forwarded to individual cell phones, rather than reaching desk phones. Although they had a virtual PBX, they were limited by its functionality, and as their business grew, they needed a more robust system. They wanted the flexibility of using desk phones, as well as cell phones. For that reason they wanted to stay with a virtual pbx, but one that offered that flexibility, so that they didn’t lose the features they liked, but also gained the ones that they needed.
When Rob started looking for a new system, he was primarily concerned with the feature set, and the system’s compatibility with ModHelp’s business growth goals.
Vocalocity Success:
After a thorough search, ModHelp Document Preparation switched all of their document preparation professionals to Vocalocity because of our “knowledgeable staff, and great features.” Vocalocity allowed ModHelp’s document preparation experts to work from home or in the office, and “the call group function ensures I don’t have to answer every call myself!”
Call Group’s are a great feature for a business like ModHelp, since the system administrator can assign different extensions to ring for certain menu options. When a caller in the main company phone menu selects that they’d like to discuss how to get a new loan, the phones of all the staff members at ModHelp who can assist will ring.“This is great for our inbound calls from our media advertising!”
In addition to call groups, Rob’s favorite features are the Fax to email service, and Call logs. He’s able to send and receive faxes easily, and is also able to download a detailed list of all the calls on his Vocalocity account.
For ModHelp the differentiators that set Vocalocity apart from other providers were the “Customer support, great sales team and a solid product.” ModHelp had originally started out with another cut-rate small office phone system. As their business grew, the soon needed more features than their bargain brand phone system could offer.
