On-site Tech Support (OTS) was founded in 2004 by Scott Smeltzer in order to fill a need for higher quality technology consulting IT management for small and medium sized businesses in San Diego, CA. Clients include a wide range of industries, including financial services, franchises, legal and healthcare.

The company, which employs five and services about 100 clients, focuses on delivering solutions that are driven by their clients’ businesses. OTS Incorporated in 2009 and has grown exponentially based 100 percent on client referrals.

Phone System Challenges:
