Tech Phone System: RCS Technology
Bjorn Richter is the owner and president of computer support company RCS Technology. He runs the day-to-day operations, assists in customer issues, and helps out in the sales department. RCS Technology is a computer/IT support company and healthcare IT provider. They work with their customers on issues like computer and network problems. They provide support for new installations of computers and networks. They also provide managed services and assist healthcare professionals in changing their practices into paperless EMR (electronic medical records) practices. They’ve been in business for 1 year and have 3 total employees.
Business Phone System Challenges:
Bjorn’s company was formerly using Toktumi as their business phone solution. This was when there was only one person in the office, and when Bjorn wanted to expand his operation it became clear he’d need a more powerful business phone solution. As for the quality of the service, Bjorn deems Vocalocity to be “Very reliable. We can use pretty much whatever phone (VoIP) we want. There are extensive functions (we don't use them all, but it’s good to have them available).”
