Speedpro Imaging, established just over a year ago, will open its new location in June with three employees. The company produces large format digital printing and graphics to support and enhance customers’ brand and marketing efforts.
Phone System Challenges:
Often when small businesses start out, business owners take advantage of the assets they have on hand. David Reed, of Speedpro Imaging, initially used his cell phone to handle business. But he eventually wanted to establish a permanent business phone number which he could move from a home office to a new, permanent business location in another county. Overall, Reed has been pleased with his choice of Vocalocity and the capability it gives him to expand his phone service as his business grows. Switching to Vocalocity ahead of opening his permanent location has also allowed Reed to begin marketing and conducting business using the company’s phone number, and to have a professional telephone interface with customers in the absence of a staff member answering phones, he said. Customers stay with Vocalocity because they want to, not because they have to. “The lack of a contract and/or proprietary phones was meaningful too. Vocalocity would have no option but to earn my retention, while I had every option to go elsewhere at any time and at no cost. He also has been pleased with the service offered by Vocalocity representatives. “The account representative was an exceptional fit to my own personality and style in doing business,” he said.
Reed’s favorite features with Vocalocity have been Directory Assistance, Virtual Receptionist and Voicemail to Email.
