Reseda Wesbrook is the operations manager of Ventures Unlimited, a small full-service marketing agency. They work with both small and large profit and non-profit businesses. Reseda is in charge of business operations, developing process and procedures, and making sure projects are running smoothly.They’ve been in business for 10 years and have 3 full-time employees and also multiple freelancers.

Phone System Challenges:

At Ventures Unlimited, each employee was using their individual cell phones or landlines. They had no centralized phone system to tie employees together. This type of piece-meal setup was necessary as they didn’t have a brick/mortar office. Of course, to clients, this wasn’t ideal, as there wasn’t a main company phone number. Clients had to use the individual numbers for each person they were trying to reach, and there wasn’t a searchable directory. On top of this, cell phone plans and landlines were not cost efficient.

As they work with freelancers, they needed the flexibility of changing the number of extensions they have quickly and easily.
