Many employees need to step out or travel from time to time, and Call Forwarding helps them stay connected when they are out of the office. Calls can be forwarded to a home phone or mobile number, so that business calls are never missed.
Easy to Use - Easy to Set Up
Call Forwarding is a simple yet powerful feature that every employee can control from the User Interface. After logging onto the password-protected Online User Interface, employees can view their extension settings, including their Call Forwarding settings.
Vocalocity incorporates a staggered Call Forwarding option (called Find Me Follow Me) that allows employees to receive calls at multiple numbers. Find Me Follow Me allows an incoming call to ring your desk phone first for a selected amount of time, then forward the call to another number for a selected amount of time, before sending the call to voicemail. The Find Me Follow Me aspect of Call Forwarding allows users to have a catch-all solution, in case they are frequently in and out of the office.
