Web Portal Interface

With a cloud PBX  you can easily make all the changes to your phone system online, with our user friendly Web Portal Interface. Every account administrator has access to the Administrator Web Portal Interface which controls the extensions and features on your account. You or your IT administrator can easily update the types of extensions you want, and add and remove features.

What’s more, every employee/extension on a company account gets his or her own personal User Interface. The extension User Interface is a light version of the Administrator Portal, and only controls an individual extension. From the User Interface, employees can control their voicemail, call forwarding, and view call logs for their extension. The User Interface is password protected, only controls one extension, and does not have access to the rest of the account.

Vocalocity’s Web Portal Interface is a powerful way to control your company phone system, but it’s as easy to use as email.
