• Enjoy a direct dial phone number and cell phone integration. You can also choose to forward your Virtual Extension to another voip number, answering service, or landline.

Virtual Extensions allow all your employees to be connected under the same phone system, but still provide them with the freedom to be out and about and use only their cell phones. All your agents can be reached by the dial by name directory under your main company number. You can even transfer calls from your Virtual Extension to other extensions in your Vocalocity phone system with a simple key sequence.
