Online Customer Portal
From VocalocityPBX’s online customer portal you can access your PBX to create users, assign extensions, manage auto attendant, edit account information, etc. The HDAP user guide provides step-by-step instruction for navigating the online customer portal. VoIP Phones
Vocalocity services will work with VoIP phones that use the SIP protocol. Vocalocity supports several models that can be purchased through us and preconfigured to your Vocalocity account. Some customers opt to bring their own phones to our platform, and some minor configuration is required.
