The Contest: Tell us why your company could be helped by our technology; how would a VoIP service like ours make an impact on your business. This is a great way to make an introduction and tell a personal story.  All businesses who enter will receive 25% off on Vocalocity service

The Winner: The Company that has the most 'likes' and the best reason will win a free phone system and free service year of service. At the end of the contest period Vocalocity will select a video with the most compelling reason for a phone system makeover from the videos with the highest number of 'likes' on youtube.

Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

1. Competition Dates: Begins June 12, 2010 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends August 16, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET .



2. Eligibility: Contest is open only to persons who, as of date of entry, are legal residents of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence if greater than 18, whichever age is older). This Contest is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the 48 United States or the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. You do NOT need to be a Vocalocity customer to enter.



3. How To Enter: To enter the Contest submit your video by uploading it to dropbox.yousendit.com/vocalocitycontest . For contest information go to www.vocalocity.com/contest - (the "Contest Website")



4. Video Guidelines: Your video must:



a. Be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length.

b. Be in a file format of .mp4, .mov, .mpg and .wmv.

c. Be creative.

5. Contest Guidelines: Winners can win up to 18 extensions at $39.99 and 18 phones at $130.00. This is a total value of $10,000.

By entering this Contest, winners agree to grant Vocalocity , the exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, database rights and any other rights Entrant has in the Video, and also the right and permission to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, copy, reproduce, translate, dub, adapt, publish, exploit, and use the content of and elements embodied in the Video Submission, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each Entrant hereby represents and warrants that he/she is the original author/creator of his/her Video Submission and the Video Submission will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. Sponsor's use of information submitted to Sponsor in connection with this Contest will be subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest. If Sponsor and/or Administrator determine in their sole discretion that an Entrant has breached any representation or warranty or any other requirement described in these Official Rules, the entry will be disqualified.



6. Judging to Determine Winner: After the conclusion of the Submission Period, all eligible Entries received at the Contest site will be judged by the community, with the company with the highest number of votes being named the winner.
